Hi Guys. Looking at replacing my XR8 Diff - its noisy. I can get an XR6 one for not too much $ Whats different about them? - Ratio's, slipper?

both being the xr they should both be 3.45 lsd

Hmmm.

I dont have an opt20. I didnt think 3.08 was an option for ratio - 3.23 early and 3.45 later. Is yours not factory?

not sure ,when i was under it the tag said 3.08 lsd,looked new ish on the paint
