hey all
lately, the car seems to be steering slightly odd - it seems a lot 'heavier' to turn some corners, and when sitting at lights or slowing right down, the wheel on occasion wants to jump to either side so i've checked the tyres (both fine) & had a look at the P/S fluid levels & belt - seems all a-ok - and no leaks from around the pump at all. anyone have any thoughts? i'd figured a balance & alignment was next on the list, although i keep the car well away from anything which would suddenly cause it to need an alignment

As opposed to heavy rear steering? hehehehe
Jack the front up, anything loose? Any play in the steering? Hows the condition of the serp belt? Wear indiciator is on the tensioner.

not too sure - haven't been able to have a real look so far - seems like i might have to have a good look this weekend - its just rather unnerving at times, although i'm not sure if i'm just imagining it worse than what it is
