Ok
well i measured mine from the centre of the hub to the wheel arch on my ed..
and with king lows and koni yellow adjustable shocks.
ive got 345mm on the front
and 330mm on the rear..( thats with about 50kg of stereo gear ect in the boot + over 1/2 tank of fuel )..

i dont know if my may have dropped a little over the last 4 years but its definatly not the hight listed in the first post..
km wise they have probably done about 60,000 km since new..
and these springs and shocks have been fitted to 3 different cars

Awsome dude thanks for the feedback

I would like to have a couple more like this just to compare

Seem your springs have dropped 20mm from the front and 35mm on the rear over the years. You sure you have lows or super lows???

Wow those are high as f**k springs then. I have been meaning to post my measures for you, but my car has been in the air, anyway, its back on the ground now, and my measurements are

-Front is 310mm
-Back is 295mm.

I have pedders custom springs, i told them the height and spring rate i wanted, and they made the springs.

I am looking at dropping my BF further, I emailed king springs and to get a 330mm HTG they recommended the ultra low, all i am after is the wheel well gap to disappear. currently i have a bout a 3 cm gap there and i have already lowered mine with pedders low springs, i think it dropped it about 1-1.5inches from standard
