Hasn't been asked but yes abs will still work as normal .
I figured out a way to stop the bracket moving . Drill and tap M10 right through the upright and bracket , that way the bracket has 2 bolts holding it down , and so does the caliper anchor bracket

didn't bother trying to add another bolt on the lower part of the bracket, there wasn't enough room on the bracket. just have to see how they go.
ive purchased ball joints upper and lower, both sides $67 ferodo TQ AU2 pads $65 3" wheel studs $36 hub rings $31 now waiting for them to get here.

I got ball joint, pads, wheel bearings and studs today .
Problem is the studs are 0.30 mm too big and won't fit in the hub, they also don't have the part which isnt knurled so it's hard to get them in square , Hopefully they have some studs which are 10mm longer and fit . Anyone know of any studs

I think ef el wagon rear studs are longer , so I can use them .
Fitted they pads and the follow the rotor perfect and cover the whole rotor

got the hub rings made, the rotor is now a tight fit over the hub and doesn't move up and down at all.

Cleaned up the brackets , didn't bother taking off all the mill scale as they will be getting painted , should I use caliper paint or just general spray paint ? ?

i was thinking the same, im spraying the uprights aswell and anchor plates so may aswell spray the brackets with caliper paint

They are in the oven baking now lol

The caliper brackets didn't turn out well ,the mill scale f**k with the paint , So had so use a flapper disc to remove paint back to bare metal then painted again , No issues now ,   Not long now till there on , just need ball joints pressed out then I can paint the uprights . Then get new seals for the calipers .
