It's all bolt on , and abs fully functions as it would , however it moves the wheel out 7 mm , which you can't notice, and so far hasn't caused any issues , still waiting for engineer to reply .

You'd have to roll the guards if anything , mine are not rolled and it only scrubs going down steep tight mountain corners . Other than that's its fine .

Engineer is coming to look at it next Friday , he said it looks good judging by the photos I sent him . He wants me to take the hub off so he can inspect it .

Only thing he said it could fail on is the track is too far out . I told him how much its out by and he said it should be ok . Could also fail on the Speedo being out due to 19" wheels , but I'm going to check this with a GPS .

Good job, bloke......On a vehicle that has upper and lower arms for the front suspension ( ie: isn't MacPherson Strut ) can have up to 25mm over track......that was the rule years ago.
I have 235/60R15 tyres ( instead of the 205/65R15) on my Falcon, and it made the speedo correct.
The total diameter of my tyres are 26.1"......if that helps any......3.27 gears.

you may be fine,
when i got my car engineered i had the 18" bf cobra copies, as it was measured from tread centre to centre, the 18x8"/ 235 wide tyres the tread centre ended up 12mm further in compared to the tread centre of the15x6 /205 std rims and tyres..

it was still within the allowance so it wasnt a problem...

Thanks mate , well he said if I can find out the max track of my car that will help but I said I have nfi .
He said that its usually 12mm each side since I have factory offset wheels and have only gone out 7 mm he said i should be ok . I'm feeling confident its going to pass. Just have to wait .

you need to measure it from centre of the tyre to centre of the tyre to get the proper track measurement...
