Can anybody tell me what the current state of NSW Tech Regs are regarding change of Wheel Size in NSW?

I saw a thread on here about Vic and how you can only go 1in aove the largest factory size.

In QLD, Ive gone from 16*7 to 18*8 wheels (And suitable tyres) without changing the offset. Will that still be allowed in NSW?

good question,i'm interested in the sth aust laws aswell,i'm still running the original 15" rims on my ebxr8,don't want to go larger if it means a defect,would like to get some 17's though.
