is it possible to put superlows springs onto normal shocks or do i have to upgrade my shocks aswell as i really cant afford this

you can, but if they're the orginals and still going, then they will die very quickly. U should be able to pick up a set of lowered ones for about$350? might aswell do them at the same time. Two birds one stone..
