just wondering.. is the V8 version of the T5 manual found in most fords stronger than say the xr6 variety?? i have been talkin to mal wood about upgradin my T5 and he says the one he has is a V8 spec.. just wondering..

they have differant input shafts, they cant be swaped from what ive heard.
ask mal for a T5-Z |

im just wondering if the one mal talked to me about was a T5Z.. cos im gonna turbo it and i mentioned that and he said that this particular box would b good for it

the T5-Z would be what your after, or you could go nuts and go a T56
 from mem (ex)proray had a mal wood T56
