Hey guys, I have an 05 BA XR6T 6sp sedan (rapid) with 58000 kms on the clock, and i have noticed a rattle from under the car slowly get worse over time it completely dissapears when i push the clutch in ( which to me points to the thrust bearing being worn? Has anyone had this prob? I heard that there was a after market thrust bearing with an alloy housing to replace the standard bearing with the plastic housing?? does this sound right??

if it goes away when you push the clutch in, i would say its the input shaft bearing..
