Well does any one know a wrecker or someone who can sell me an lsd centre for my au xr6? apparently an lsd centre from ea-ef-el-au will fit. All im after is the centre! can any one help?
i tried Ferntree gully auto salvage and they cant help me. any one else?

why u need a centre for?
the au xr6 should have a 3.45 lsd from factory kosmosound he has tried them but very starnge they dont have a centre as any e seires diff should fit unless he has a IRS?

it has no irs, lsd was not fitted from factory i think then it was an option in the au series 3.
i rang Ferntree gully auto salvage. They were not interested in selling me a diff centre.

well looks like a whole 3.45 lsd diff is going to cost me $650.00

If you have a VCT, you should definately have IRS.
Regardless, being an XR you should have either 3.45 or 3.23 gears. If your a manual, you might not have LSD. I think you have the 3.45 gears, but you dont have LSD. In that case, you only need the LSD hemisphere, which costs about $350-400 new fitted. Cheers

My Au is fitted wth the IRS and 3.45 but no LSD due to traction control and being a series one but due to the diff jobs ive been giving a mate of mine im getting a new limo put in for basically the cost of bearings.

a lsd hemisphere for $350-400 is that from ford or if not where???

Seriously?
Why didn't all AU XR6's come with a 3.45 LSD like the E-series? Do some really come with a 3.23? News to me
