							Its just a hydraulic tensioner with a little gause filter inside it, you will need a special too to remove the entire assembly . go to ford or look it up in a gregories how to make the tool. I donno if it will give you the slack you nee though.  I just tilted the back of the cam up (with all the rocker gear removed) to bring it the front of the cam down to the same level as the sprocket. slid sprocket on, then bolted the rocker gear back on. hmm. I thaught using circlip pliers was dodgy, I got the real tool now so no more agricultural fixes. ABW makes a proper one #70863 bastard cost $30 though
