Need a crank pulley to finish building a fresh engine for conversion (existing one is bent) but no wreckers seem to have any (even when the say they do on the phone) and Ford don't have any
 Thought maybe someone might have one they don't need/want after an underdrive conversion. It was origonally pulled from an EB, tho have been told ED and EL pulleys are the same. What sort of $$'s would they be ?? |

the harmonic balancer or just the pulley or both?

i think power bond make them new,check with a spare parts place.the trade name is nuline.

427Stroker, just need the pulley, balancer is sorted.
hans, have tried all the usual suspects (REPCO, Ford, even fleabay), will have a search for Power Bond and Nuline. Cheers Doug. |

Thanks guys, {DESCRIPTION} have a new one in stock and will have it to me by tomorrow for $25 + $15 air frieght to Brissy.

I spoke too soon ...... arrived today and was an engine idler pulley
 , even after I explained what it looked like, where it goes and what engines it suits  When I rang them back and go through it all again, another guy tells me they don't make/have them  Have since found one (I hope) at a wreckers $55, will see tomorrow .... |

I know its a bit more expensive, but you could just get a complete set of Underdrive Pulleys. Would solve your Problem.

you can chuck the pulley in a press and hope for the best if all else fails

Don't think I would trust it after being bent anyway.
I did manage to find one today at Aussie Wreckers at 28 Monte St. Slacks Creek for $55. Thanks for the help guys
