For a EF 4.0 what is the standard injector size and would it be worth going a larger size or getting an extra one plumbed into the intake?

These shift kits this dude has on e-bay are they really worth the trouble and who have used them and what is your opinon?

Not worth changing the size of your injectors as they are big enough already.
Shift kit discussions are best in the suspension brake and drivline sections.

Best of checking that site out as opposed the e-bay auctions. I have heard of a few people who have brought from e-bay and received no install instructions, etc...
