Hey guys

Which companies in Brisbane can do a regrind which is reliable?

I tried SureCams in Stafford, they said a MILD ROLLER REGRIND for a 6 CYL engine is $210. Now, I questioned him and he said that I "DIDN'T" need shims.

Yet, Im sure I was told from them by another person that I needed to put in shims, and I know a lot of you guys on here say that a regrind needs shims. I have 2 different stories from 2 different guys from the same company, and the price is a little high for my liking. I dont know what to belive and Im a bit iffy on using their services now.

Are there any other guys out here which can do a good regrind for an EA for around $150 mark??? Who do you recommend???

i'd definetly go wade cams in melbourne, they give us special fm discount.. I mean there not in brisbane, but there good and cheap!

Send em your cam and get it reground for $122

Mate, postage of my wade cam was like 15 bucks, so even by the time you pay postage your still better of price wise, and your using a product that many other ford users recomend, and from a company were they're not all telling you different stories!

.............. AND you get a discount andthey have a few different types of cams on offer.
Go wade cams for sure.
