Ride: Ford AU series 2 Wagon

hi guys i recently changed my single spinner 3.23 to a "3.45, LSD" now i have a issue with my speedo as when i am traveling at 100kph my speedo reads 120kph.
my car is an Au 2000 series 2 wagon (without abs) what should i do to correct this problem with the speedometer.

change your speedo gear in the gaer box costs about 30 bucks from ford
