hey i have a ea cpi and the head is gone so i wanted to know if i can put a ef head cam and rockers into the ea and run it cpi ???????

Yep, you sure can....but you may have trouble sealing where the "half moons" go, as the EA to ED heads have sharp edges/corners where the half moons go, the EF/EL do not.
You won't be able to use the EF rocker cover, as the is nowhere for the aircleaner housing to bolt to, and may be too tall as well.
