i just pulled apart my drivers lock and repaired that plastic gear, reassembled the door and it all looked like it was working but i realised that when i lock the door, the internal handle jams and wont let me out like it should (works fine when unlocked), also i cant unlock it with the key from the outside, i've been staring at the lock trying to figure out what i've done wrong but can't see it...

anyone????

Did you hook the cable backup to the lock and put the outer part in the right place?

yeah i connected the cable... outer part?
