Thats all I know about, Granville will be closest for you though mate.

I think thay allow 44 gallon drum filling there as well.

yeah rang them both there on the united web site, one bearly spoke english the other one had no idea of what I wanted..... typical

I also know that Caltex will be gearing up for E85 but in the very near future
