How big of a tyre can the FPV's fit?

Iv been looking at the back of allot of fpv's and xr8's latley and noticing that they have a massive amount of room for a wide tyre.

How wide can yo go? or does it just look like their is allot of space?

Sedan or ute? can't go wider on a stock wheel.
