As the title suggests my fog lights keep blowing. Not both at once but one at a time. I put new bulbs in and then within a few days a bulb is blown. The fuse is 20amp, and all the wiring seems to be fine, cant see any corrosion and even sprayed the connections with crc. If i put a lower amp fuse could this fix it?

Have you checked the Relay? or, maybe there is a wire loose of the globes aren't seating properly.

Vibration can kill bulbs pretty quickly and so can low voltage .So make sure everything is nice and tight and use a multimeter to make sure you are getting at least 12 volts to the bulbs while the engine is running.Hope this helps.Kevman.

I thought its just the 20amp fuse in the engine bay? all the connections leading to to globes seem fine and in fact still look new. I even fiddled around with them incase one was loose but no luck |
