If your paying more than $450 for Pacie comps your getting rolled! I got a hi flow cat for $200 and pacies for 450 and installation free. That was the guys regular price, don't see any reason why they should be any more any were else! Specially when he had to pay for them to be freighted down from the mainland for me. |

i found a set of walkers for my mate a while ago in the paper for 100 bucks.
his ea now does 14.7 with only walker extractors and 2.5inch exhaust , CAi and a minispooled 2.92 diff. i reckon its only worth paying HEAPS for 'better' extractors if you are planning on building a car with over 220+hp at the wheels for daily drivers, pft, extractors are extractors. |

I'd disagree with that comment. On my auto the comps are way better, the main improvement I noticed over the Lukies was the down low poke increasing, for an auto car this is much better as they don't have that much down low. For a manual it's probably not that special. |

Okay, I've got my prices on Pacey's PH4499 And the Pacey Comps.
Also on the Lukey Extractors too . But, What I need, is ANY pair ot extractors (hopefully in brisbane) I don't care what they are, they can be press-bent, rusted, paint gone etc . When I get around to talking to Wagin I'll have the comm. sponsor up . ![]() |

VERY VERY WELL SAID!!!! Extractors for street use are really a load of BS. The difference between an in tune and an out of tune set of street headers is between 2-5% outright power, and marginal if measurable at all difference throughout the midrange. As allready stated, you shouldnt waste your money on a set of high end extractors unless you have a high end motor to match it. A mate of mine bought a set of pacemaker 4480 copies of a wrecked car for $50 and for the difference in cost I really dont think that any one could justify spending so much on a new set. If I did it all agian I wouldnt bother with extractors untill the car was at least manual, and had some head cam work done.
