The girlfriends BA doesnt lock via remote. When I try and lock via remote it makes a guurrrr sound on the drivers side and then the horn beeps a few times ie. the car does not lock. If i lock via the key it still makes the sound but atleast locks the door. Im thinking that its the door locking mechanism. Is it similar setup to ed/ef/el setup?
