just removed towbar from my xr8
now blinkers going berzerk
any idea's, do i have to mod the wiring??

update on blinker problem
if i reconnect the trailer wiring harness all is good as soon as it is unpluged it goes berzerk
it did have a trailer brake system that was removed before i bought it
when hazards go on the blinkers are normal

hmm, are the blinkers working on the back with the trailer harness unplugged? they usually go bezerk when the globes are blown/disconnected but the hazards will work fine
maybe when the trailer wiring is taken out the circuit isnt complete so the rear lights arent working so its going bezerk

Some cars have a different indicator flasher relay to compensate. Try swapping that for another one.
