I need help.

my car (Ford Fairmont) fails to start, the smart lock warning is flashing rapidly, I switch the ignition key to the ON position, wait for 30 mins , I can start, everything is good. but the problem is after turn off, the smart lock warning flashing again, i need wait for 30 mins again, so what to do, thanks.

Tried replacing the smartlock module? Again the model would help us tell you where it is located...
