Legally? Nothing, it's pre-ADR, so get one and jam it in there.

It isn't pre ADR....still had compliance for windscreen & window glass, tyres, noise emmissions, seat belts ( if fitted ), lighting, seating/seats........stuff like that. I think Pre ADR was something like pre 1947......something like that.
