Good idea.. get pacemaker headers 4490's hi flow cat etc , change your induction ie put a secondary intake like the typhoon.. i found it cheaper to use a pvc pipe with a 45 degree angle pointed to underneath the headlight...it cost me 10 bucks, and you cant really see it anyway (paint it black and it helps) K&N filter, then get a custom flash tune. I don't know about Newcastle, but Intune motorsport at seven hills will be worth the trip. I dont have there number but google them and give john a ring. You may find it a worthwhile trip down the F3.

a custom tune can cost anywhere between $1000-$2000, and will give a good increase in power maybe 15kw - if it was a turbo you'd be gettin 50 - 60extra kw.
give John at in tune motorsport a ring, tell him your mods and he will advise on whats best for you. This guy knows his sh*t... |

							Righto cheers mate.
Gotta get some funds together to get the mods happening so will be a few months yet.. But ill look into it definately. And is it worth putting in a turbo? Or just buying one with the stock turbo? cheers again |

you can convert your existing motor to a turbo, but these days you can buy a full conversion kit (motor from a right off) from wreckers for around $3000. then fit yourself. This is a cheaper option if you can do the swap your self, but buyer beware on the condition of the transplant motor
