im thinking of making my own side skirts out of sheet metal has anyone had success with this or anyome have tips to make the job easier

There is one ef/el that has metal side skirts which where made from roof guttering I think. If I remember right the car is known as goldn6 and has been featured in street fords

You'd need a really long sheet metal bender.
