I got BA rims 16x6 rims and i brought lug nuts and locknut for them but there not rounded its one of them long types i being searching the net they are rounded types is it still safe to use them or do i return them ???

I see ,return them they are the wrong ones, you need the bottom ones..

no, the long ones are ment for rims like the old hotwire or Bathurst globe type mags,
you need the tapered ones that are same style as the std nuts..
