go to supercrap and by the mesh in sheet form
remove bumper and place mesh inside may have to cut it to fite etc but can be done

yeah go to supercrap... uh... supercheap auto and pick up a huge nice looking piece of silver aluminium mesh (like i did) for $15! Take off ur bumper, and place inside ur front air dam, and two brake ducts... Thats what i will be doing!
 I will post up pics wen im done (months...)

If your really lazy like me, don't bother removing the bumper, just jam it in there while it's on. With a bit of fiddling it's not too hard and you can straighten it up again, not perfect, but only took 15 minutes!
