Has anyone used Uniteds P100 fuel in their cars and is it ok to use in a modified engine. Cheers

It is fine to use. IF you have the car tuned to suit.

essentially its just 100 octane e10, ive used it in my au with no problems, it just allowed me to add a bit more timing due to the higher octane, but didn't notice any power gains though....

i only run 100 in my car, and it was tuned with on 100. its consistent fuel unlike some 98's thats why i like it.

I was able to knock .3tenths off my car due to the exra timing it could take on united 100ron (e10) and that was with the car having issue's (not fuel related).

Plus side of the fuel too is it wont smell bad like other fuels once its burnt (really 100cell cats are worse with 98 fuels)

I use it in my EL XR6 just to give me a bit of extra insurance. Plus my cars runs too rich, and ethanol based fuels will lean it out a bit in open loop.

It should be fine to run in a car as new as yours, but because you have had a tune on another fuel, I would ask your tuner what he thinks

I tried it for a while.
wasn't too great. possibly even lost .1 or .2 down the qtr as my car is tuned for 98 not the 100... meh. not worth the effort for me.

oh and noticed on a long drive lost about 50 kms from a tank.
