Quick one , any one know anything about why my ba head lights wood flicker not turned on

possible dipper switch fault (hi beam flash?)- can you hear headlight relay clicking when playing up - try disconnecting dipper switch connection at lower steering column connection when playing up ......BEM would be next possibillity?
