Hit straight down on the head of the bolt with a hammer. Be careful. Or use an impact driver.

I use a 1/2" drive, deep Impact socket....only has a single hex, and give them a good sharp whack with a drift and a hammer, before you try to undo them.

I used a hex socket but these are tight. It even looks like there are score marks under the bolt heads . I am also using a 4 foot pole on the breaker bar . Even then they are giving a big crack when they give . May have to drop it at the engine shop.

also try putting all the other head bolts back in and torque them up, then try undo the 4 your having trouble with...
I have found when removing a head (especially a 6 cyl) that its best to crack and all the head bolts before removing them.. as in just undo them a touch so they move, then start taking them out... |

I had this issue on the last head removal I did on a mates EF 6, I just got hold of a few old 5/8" 1/2" dr sockets and MIG welded them to the problem bolts. A few wet towels strategically placed over the valves and cam bearings and other areas to prevent damage worked for me. I know it might be a bit extreme but as long as you are careful, it worked a treat.
