Hey, I've got an EL instrument cluster I want to sell and want to fire it up, get some photo's, can I do that without plugging it in to the car? Really couldn't be bothered pulling my car apart just to plug it in.

If you can get hold of a spare plug for the back of it, and connect the correct positives and negatives to a 12v source then one would assume you could 'fire it up' rather easily
