Just wondering if anyone had a copy of the manual for a BW10000 alarm. I'm trying to sort one out in an EK civic and it's really starting to piss me off. Black widows australian site is useless and no-one seems capable of answering a phone. Hope someone can help

Thanks. Seems the BW10000 is an Australian version which seems different again. I'm giving them a ring on monday, tried today and the phone just rings out. Their Australian site still has them as a current model. http://www.blackwidow.com.au/page/security_systems.html
