So today she stalled in traffic and now shes not idling right.
Have a video here of the problem.. if someone could help i would appreciate it. {DESCRIPTION} is the red light on the left the check engine light or throttle sensor? I'm thinking theres something wrong with the throttle body?

Sounds like its missing a few cylinders cylinders

Check if you are getting spark out of all the spark plugs maybe.

Thanks mate. All fixed now. The problem was the throttle body. Cleaned her out and changed the part that opens and closes the butterfly. Running sweet again. Will be doing a major service on friday new plugs, oil etc. Cheers for taking the time to respond mate. Really appreciate it.
