I have a 95 Fairlane and there is no power getting to the climate control panel on the dash. Could anyone tell me where the relay is for this and/or any other sugestions.

How do you know that ?

Press OFF, then press VENT - alternate between these a few times.
Do you hear a faint click sound behind the glovebox area ?
