Hi everyone, I have a series 2 AU sedan thats dedicated lpg.
Im building it for getting into rally and looking for some information. Its currently auto but I have a t5 out of an XF and the bellhousing from an EB, does anyone know if the stock ECU can be reprogrammed for a manual box? Also if the XF t5 spline will match the AU clutch plate? And if theres a tailshaft from another model I can use, finding it hard to get the XR6 tailshaft and not sure if it would even fit the XF t5. And help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

I have a AU bellhousing and steel manual tail shaft if interested. The E series bolt holes wont all line up properly, but plenty of people have used them. The Ecu can be reprogrammed or a J3 chip can be used

[those with more experience can confirm/shoot me down]. the bellhousing will only miss out on [i think] the two lower bolts & plenty of people have done this. don't know re spline. the XF [& EA] box from what i have heard is not a really strong box, so keep that in mind when sticking the boot in ![]() |
