So I’ve been chasing a no start issue in the falcon and have put it down to a bcm issue as it only occurs when the car has been left in the sun and gotten too hot inside. What I want to know is if I can swap the blue bcm with a green or black one? Any help is muchly appreciated Cheers, Ben

Quote: What I want to know is if I can swap the blue bcm with a green or black one? yes altho i havn't seen a black one [?] so i won't say yes on that one. fitting the upper class BCM [BEM] may cause some fault codes to be thrown up as your car won't have all the equipment that 'normally' goes with using the green BCM [BEM] such as not having the dash light sensor fitted. wether you use a Blue or a green BCM [BEM] replacement unit you will still need to code it to the car, either by yourself or paying someone to do it.
