this might sound like a bit of a silly question but does the AU Falcon use a relay for the windscreen wiper motor or is it controlled strictly from the BCM? Reason; my wipers wont go through there full cycle, I have to time the ending so they are at their home position, I thought I'd start with cheapest option first then work my way up (relay, Motor, BCM), but I can't seem to find a wiper relay!

pretty sure thru the BEM [at least on the AU2/3]. sounds like you need to replace the wiper motor as the internal tracks are worn/broken?.

my bad i should add some additional info, when i have the wipers on normal & high they work fine, but if i turn them off when they are either part way through or at their apex then thats where they stay, or if im using intermittent wipers then they'll go half way then thats it, or if i use the quck wipe function then it only works as long as i hold the lever up

pull apart the motor & check the internal tracks as i have read it on the other forum [somewhere] that the tracks can wear out. or try another wiper setup & see what happens?.
