Can anyone tell me how i can check weather an XR6 is a genuine XR6? Like is there anything in the VIN number that will tell me?

ring up 13FORD and give them your vin, they'll tell you.

On the build plate there will be a model number, have a look at it and i will tell you if ti si an xr. I deal with these all day long

www.myford.com.au - log on, put in VIN, and you'll get all the details you need! lol evem gives dealership it was delivered to etc :wink:

If you look at the model number on the build plate it will be 5 digits. if the last digit is a 5 then it is an XR
