The lights on the on the Fairmonts and higher class models taht go under the footwells and stuff, are they replaceable (the bulb I mean) from servos or do I need a whole new bulb?

replacable froma servo... They are either 2w or 5w wedge globes.... not much difference between them though...

they are piss easy to replace

I replaced all of mine in my wagon with LED Wedge bulbs that i bought on ebay.
