Has anyone heard of and can vouch for the quality of the XForce extractors?
I've got a few exhaust systems quoted up, from a full DiFillipo, to a Bitza mix of exhaust parts. ive got a 4.0L EB, and basically, engine-wise, (in a week), ill have a fully rebuilt engine, race pistons, new cam and balanced this exhaust im looking at getting consists of Xforce extractors (an American company, coming to Australia, at the moment catering for only Falcons and Commonwhores, they are stainless polished steel) can anyone vouch for these? quality? anyway, the rest of the system consists of a Magnaflow Cat, 2 straight through mufflers, and a 2 1/2 inch mandrel for the rest. $1100 fitted for the lot ($580 for the XForce extractors) any comments? suggestions? or tell me what these Xforce's are like! ![]()

I think the reason they are so expensive is because they are stainless steel. So thats quite reasonable.

I've spoken to a few exhaust places about custom extractors (nothing made standard for my car) and they have all told me that SS tends to crack and they'll only make out of mild steel for me.

i've worked on a few cars with engines that would create more exhaust heat than a jag. and the s/s pipes havn't cracked. |
