i run hpr30 on a eb thats done 200thou no worries

i dont use a semi-syn oil i use a mineral oil from castrol called XT you can't buy it from any retailer you have to get it from the castrol depot. it is a mineral oil specialy designed by castrol for the falcons and my cars done 235,000 Km and haven't had a problem oil pressure never drops below 2/3. its a 20w-30 grade so its not too thick and not too thin.
