Straight swap, have done it myself. The only bad thing is the marks that may be left behind by the old door handles.

Ive done it. i put EF ones on and they look great, there are some small marks left from the old ones but i a quick wash got rid of all the dirt ect under the ond handles. ive got an EB 2 and on the rear doors you may have to remove a cover to get to them, i just drilled out some pop rivets and replaced them once i was finished. other than that they are a strait swap and they look much better then the EB ones even if they are colour coded.

Ive done the same. The actuator for the rear doors needs to be removed for easy access, and can be bolted back rather than riveted. I chose to put 1/4 pop rivets back in there thought. Never rattle loose. Apart from that, ef ones are a straight fit, and if positioned right only leave a small mark. Definately go for it. I paid 250 to put them on mine, brand new from ford, and professionally painted. but im sure you could go cheaper!
