how do i add pictures to my post?...i tried using the attachment section but that didnt seem to work and i'm not sure how to add a picture without using the attachment. I clicked on the "Img" button but didn't know what to do after that. the picture is not from a site, its on my computer.

Make sure you have the [img]and[/img] at the end of the links.

do you mean on the left hand side undewr your username, or under the post you leave..

You host the pic on imageshack like Uglybob said and then copy the link that has the [img]linktoyourpictureishere[/img] and put it in your reply section.
