think my amps died, when i plug the sub into it it either sucks the sub righht in if pluged in one way or pushes it out if i plug it in the other way, got a rockford fosgate amp, only a little one but it doesnt seem to have a external fuse

make sure none of your cables are shorted anywhere and are installed correctly.

You will find its got a cooked output mosfet.
You might be lucky and be able to replace it, usually you will need to replace the drivers and bias transistors too.
Otherwise, time for a new amp
