Hi, how do I remove the power steering pump pulley off ,did I need a special tool

Yes, you need a special puller. 4.9 EF Futura had to remove the P/S pulley when he fitted the blower to his motor, he'll be able to tell you what needs doing.
If you have the pump removed from the car take it to a P/S specialist, they should remove it for a small fee for you.

yes you do need a special ford tool.
I took mine off and went down to my ford dealership it took 10 mins and they charged me $10 which was great! fitted the pump back on my self and bingo bango

thanks for that thought as much will take it to ford dealer to remove and fit
