I'm getting a set of extractors and a 2 1/2 " exhaust fitted next week to my 96 EL I6.
Will I need to reset the ECU or will it relearn it's self?

Most people will probably tell you it's a good idea. But honestly I wouldn't bother, you'll probably just end up with idle problems if you do.
