How do the 2 halves seperate? bolt on or do i need to cut it?

they're plastic welded .. not sure the best way to seperate them though. UglyIgly has done it - send him a pm!

J did EXACTLY what you are wanting to do. I forget how he seperated the 2, but it is VERY doable. Have a look at the pics in my gallery. You cannot tell the front bar was cut and pasted back togethr! 
Will get him to PM you when he gets home
