Mate I looked and the pros and cons of a carputer...would be good but not really the best option...was only really if you wanted to do in-car ECU tuning yaself...or have a lappy...but for the mutimedia perspective just run a modded PS2/XBOX (I prefer the XBOXs but yeh).
Thats the best way to go...and fpr cost even up to a 2500w pure sine-wave invertor doesnt cost too much...and can even run that off a cheap or better 2nd battery and boot mount it..
